THEIR GAME, OUR RULES
How Women Win in the Workplace
Sixty percent of women participate in the U.S. labor force and as of 2006 represent 46% of the total labor force with many of the widest pay gaps occur in the best paid jobs with the most highly educated workers. Female CEO’s make 63% of what men make and women are less likely than men to receive additional compensation in forms other than salary (e.g., performance bonuses, stock options, profit sharing)*.
Women are not getting drafted into the league because we don’t know the rules. Men have been playing a lot longer and they wrote the playbook. This program teaches women how to compete in business with game playing tips including when to speak up, how to dress for the game, when to lead and when to follow.
Participants will learn game strategies we must use and those which will get us penalized. The program also covers how to leverage our natural instincts such as intuition and nurturing to network effectively and establish strong business relationships.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will know:
The ten rules women must follow in the game
The five things we can learn from men about how to make a good impression
The five things men can do that women can’t
How to use our natural abilities for successful networking
Words we must eliminate from our vocabulary
Why being feminine gives us an edge in business and more!
