We will promptly return your inquiry during business hours Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. E-mailing us insures the fastest response to your inquiries.

Telephone inquiries will be returned Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST, you may reach us either by phone, 973-650-6982, or by email at orders@corbyoconnor.com . Order Arrival

Orders received by 12 midnight CST usually go out the next business day. We are open Monday - Friday. Many times your order will go the same day ordered. Saturday deliveries are not available. Please note that shipping time will add to the amount of time it will take you to get your merchandise.

Product Availability

Most products are in stock and ready for shipment from Essex Fells, NJ. Exceptions to this include back ordered, special orders items or products that ship directly from the manufacturer. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail to give you an estimated time of availability and the option of canceling the out-of-stock item(s), awaiting availability of the item(s) for your order to ship, or we can ship available item(s) immediately and then ship back ordered items once they arrive.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Standard Ground	$2.50 + $.99/item
2nd Day Air	$5.99 + $1.99/item
Next Day Air	$10.99 + $2.99/item

Sales Tax

New Jersey residents are required to pay applicable sales tax, which will be automatically be added to your order. For shipping addresses that are in New Jersey an 6% sales tax will be assessed. Shipping addresses outside New Jersey are not subject to sales tax.

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase and in original condition if you are not completely satisfied. If you are returning or exchanging merchandise you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges unless we have made a mistake on your order.

Please note: As is universal retail policy: "Opened" CDs, Cassettes, and Videos may not be returned. (Of course faulty videos or CDs will be replaced at no cost to you)

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less any shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will apply.) as long as:

1) The item is in its original box/package and in the original condition in order to resell.
2) Include your packing slip; otherwise, indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following the above address.
3) We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
4) If shipment has been damaged, please notify us immediately so we can notify the carrier to report a damage claim report.

Credits will be processed to the credit card charged when the order was placed. You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed, usually within a few days of receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is a result of an error by Corby O’Connor.
